The Swiss-based Gübelin Gem Lab opened its new permanent gem testing laboratory in New York. After more than one year of building up the testing infrastructure and analytical equipment, we are ready to serve our clients in America even faster, and with the same standards of quality and reliability the clients are accustomed to from our other labs.

All types of coloured gemstones, diamonds and pearls can be brought to our laboratory at 608 Fifth Avenue, Office 806. Most rubies and emeralds will be fully tested on-site, while others get transferred internally to our labs in Switzerland or Hong Kong for finalisation.
